If you have a park or facility maintenance concern please complete and submit the form below. Your request will be assigned a unique ticket number, which you may use to track the progress of the request online using the “Check Ticket Status” link above. Valid contact information is required to submit a maintenance request. Maintenance concerns may also be reported by calling the Naperville Park District at (630) 848-5000.
